Negative: Location is a bit challenging as the nearest beach is 25 kms away. With no eat outs nearby, one has to rely on Hotel restaurants for all meals.

Positive: Overall, our experience was good, but there were several areas that could have been improved. Room service was consistently slow, and the buggy service within the property was often delayed. We had to walk everywhere with our small kids, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was no one to welcome us at check-in—we expected at least a greeting, and the guitarist was also missing, which was disappointing. We opted for the all-meal plan, and while the food quality and variety were excellent, the service was quite slow. Every time we requested something from the staff or waiters, it took a long time to arrive. We had to follow up multiple times with different staff members or eventually get the items ourselves, which was challenging as we were managing two small toddlers. Another major disappointment was that we didn’t receive the full-day activities plan on WhatsApp during our stay. It was only sent to us on the day of checkout, which was frustrating. Had we received it earlier, we could have attended and enjoyed those activities, adding to our experience and creating great memories. Overall, the experience could have been much better, especially considering the brand's reputation.

Positive: It’s a beautiful property, with so much to do. It has something for everyone in the family. Happy hub is a charm for the kids. There is so much to explore, it’s massive and a city in itself. Once you stay here you won’t like any other resort in Goa maybe anywhere in India. It was that good.

Negative: There is nothing to not like.

Positive: The plants are beautiful, kids loved the pools.

Negative: Was very disappointed at low quality of staff and customer experience at this so-called 5-star resort. 1. Check-in was long and the staff assigned wasn’t competent to answer basic questions. You get a feeling of being scammed: 1. Even before they completed check in, they were selling packages for activities. 2. The resort advertises for various pools as the USP, but then on reaching there they tell you that the lazy river is a paid activity. 3. At the activity zone, there’s no indication of what is paid and what is not. It happened to us and others for multiple activities that the staff waited for us/the kids to start an activity and then after 5-10 mins they come to inform us that it is a paid activity and we have to pay. Ridiculous behaviour and experience. There are multiple pools but we didn’t find any showers for users to shower before using the pools. Felt very unhygienic!
