Positive: Fully renovated/new houses with all the needed equipment. The whole facility has everything from sports facilities, restaurants, the beach, etc. Location is recommended for cyclists. You can park directly in front of the house.

Negative: It gets really hot in the house during summer.

Positive: Cottages are very nice, fully furnished. Camp is close to Grado, Palmanova and Trieste. Pool is great for the kids. There is a parking space in front of every house.

Negative: Beach is not so great. There is only one restaurant and one store, and they are not always open.

Summary: Very nice place to stay and explore this region.

Positive: The whole Ressort was really nice - lots of activities to do with family and also with pets. They even have their own dog trainer that does activities several times a week. I especially liked the Yoga in the morning and the Zumba in the evening around the pool area. Great and really friendly staff. The room had a good size and it was perfect with the fence around it to have our dog walking around off leash which made the stay even more relaxed for us.

Summary: Everything went really great.
