Summary: We were mostly pleased with our stay at Club De Soleil, it was pleasant most of the time. Our last evening and next morning was marred by what appeared to be a child jumping and stomping in the suite above, which radiated downward. Luckily it quieted down shortly after 11:00 PM. The "kitchen" area was well appointed, though the freezer portion of our fridge was almost closed off with frozen frost, the coffee maker was a bit big for the space under the microwave cabinet (which was worn and scratched). Is there an ice machine available? Couldn't find one. An ADA toilet would have been appreciated. While not spotless, this was likely the best lodging experience we have had in the past 2 or 3 years. We asked for a brochure or material to show some interested family about this facility, but the desk clerk had none. We also asked about local dining but few options were given.

Summary: Our rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. Two problems though. 1. The walls and ceilings are PAPER THIN, thus making for a rather loud stay when any of the nearby guests are rude. 2. This property has the world’s slowest WiFi. For the ridiculous amount they charge for resort fees (which give guests absolutely nothing in return), their WiFi should be first rate.

Summary: Great stay. Staff at check in and out were really friendly and helpful. Room was good. Was super helpful having washer and dryer in the room. We’d definitely stay again.

Summary: The stay was fine; the property was nice and had lovely amenities; the appliances worked in the room and I was pleased by the size of the tub in the bathroom. The main drawbacks are: 1, location. This is pretty far from the strip; it made for a quiet stay overall but Uber was pricey to get to the fun stuff. 2, service. House keeping was offered on demand and we were granted 1 free cleaning for a weeks stay. We were told to call 24 hours in advance to schedule it; which we did and the cleaning staff never showed up to clean the room. The office also has no staff during the hours of 7pm till 7am; so if there is an issue you have to call their emergency line; made a 6am checkout difficult. Overall the property is nice but for the amount paid I'd hope we'd get a free breakfast at least once.

Summary: Not a bad place to stay. We had a very rude neighbor that banged on the way when we made normal kitchen noise but other than that, it was pretty good value. Would stay here again..

Summary: Came into town for a festival. Stayed Thursday-Monday. Front staff were super nice and helpful. There are two locations for this hotel so we had to drive to the next building where they had enough parking for our little trailer. Not so good things… We checked in, went to the room to drop off our stuff before heading out and to take a nap after our 9 hour drive. The walls were so thin and the neighbor was on the phone on speaker the whole time. The place smelled like weed outside. When we got back from the event that night, the neighbor had the tv on and a guest she was talking to. I could hear every word through earplugs. We tried calling the front desk to ask them to call to make them be quiet as it was already midnight and nobody answered. Second and third days were the same. The AC wasn’t controlled in our room because it kept going on even though our panel said it was off. Second night when we got back, our room smelled like weed. Same lady, same loud conversations. Monday, the pressure washer was on in the pool area so early! Good stuff… The bed was comfortable. There’s plenty of parking. The courtyard looks nice and the fitness center is opened 24 hours. There is an elevator going to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Plenty of places around there to eat. Seemed like everything was 10-20min away so that was nice.
