Positive: The spacious place and rooms. The utencils they provided were very thoughtful. Location was wonderfully place.

Negative: I think the villa can do better by: a. Informing the occupants by letting them know there will be a lot of wallabies' excrement. :) b. the 2nd storey of the building bed sheet had some insects but it's still ok and good to stay. c. the 2nd storey of the building doesn't have any aircon? i think I forgot about this. d. Have a direct route to allow us to go to the beach in front of us. e. one of the side doors had been damaged and really in need for a good lock for all the glass doors. f. the villa in need for a good renovations.

Positive: The location was incredible. Far enough to escape but close enough to enjoy all that Bruny Island has to offer. The villa was well equipped and communication with the host was great. We visited with our teenage daughter so had loads of space but the layout would be great for larger families or groups.
