Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff when I approched them for something greeted me with a smile. I liked that there is a washer/dryer available for guests. My room was clean when i arrived.

Negative: Availability of a staff person onsite.While I was there I has a few of your guests approach me asking if I knew where to find some staff because they were looking for extra towel, and products like that. It was late in the evening maybe like 7-9 and the person appeared to be a Little frustrasted there being no staff person there to help. I told him i didnt see anyone but told him to walk around and see if he can find someone.

Positive: Great room for single travelers. Clean, close to Berri Quam, and a grocery store and good wifi.

Negative: No place for your clothes, a nice dresser or cupboard would have been nice to have. No elevator and awkward staircase when turning onto each level.
