Summary: Very nice location, in the middle of everything, supermarket and restaurants are walking distance,. the staff at the hotel was so friendly and polite. For sure will be back to the same hotel but bigger room.

Summary: I've lodged at Cloud on multiple occasions, each time my expectations were met. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, a nice and delicious breakfast buffet, and a restaurant that serves excellent room service.

Summary: I recommend this hotel as great value for money, with a nice restaurant, situated above a shopping center which makes everything so easy. The rooms are simple, comfortable, and clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. The only drawback is the noise from adjacent function hall that happens a couple of nights a week.

Summary: The hotel is great value for money in Nairobi. Hotels.com gets the best prices. The hotel sits within the Diamond Plaza Mall, so amazing access to restaurants, coffee, amenities, etc. The staff is responsive; the food is good. However, both the hotel and the mall are old and worn. The pool doesn't look clean and the sauna looks decripit. (I didn't use it). Plus there are often weddings which blare music way into the wee hours of the morning.

Summary: The parking was full so we had to park in the food courts parking lot. It was fine but not ideal to leave our car with some bags.
