Gated Waterway Community has a grill area and gazebo overlooking the waterway. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and many things that the Strand has to offer. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Perfect space for family and friends. Three Bedrooms - Two Queen Beds, Two Twin Beds. Full kitchen, dining room, washer, dryer in the unit, Screened in porch. Cable TV & Internet.

Summary: The location was perfect. Short drive to the beach. Close to Shopping and Groceries. The property was perfect. An awesome view of their pond. Walking distance to 2 pools and their reck room area. There was a broken lamp in the one bedroom and the sink was cracked. The light switches are confusing but managed to get the hang of them. Was able to make full meals with the cookwear that was available. We replaced a can opener and the crock pot has no lid. Parking is easy. The security guy on the evening shift is so sweet! Beds were comfy. The bedroom tv has no sound and 4 remotes? So we didnt even use it. Everything was VERY CLEAN and tidy. We had a wonderful experience at this location. Its super family and toddler friendly!
