This is a basement apartment that has been nicely renovated, with lots of windows and natural light and puts you in a great neighborhood, close to everything.

House was built in 1962, but has been updated.
The whole house shares a thermostat (located in the upstairs unit), but has central air conditioning that we just leave set to 72 degrees all the time. Because this unit shares heating ducts with the upstairs unit, their occasionally is sound transference.
This apartment is located on a hill, and the laundry/kitchen wall in this unit is located below ground level. All other rooms have large windows and are located above ground.g
