Super cute 2bedroom 2bath with a big backyard to enjoy the sun, BBQ at night and use the fire pit too. Walk to Spring Training, KC Royals and Texas Rangers stadium is only one block away! Surprise Tennis and Aquatic Complex is less than 1mile away...features 16 Pickleball Courts (Lighted) and a 5 Acre Urban Fishing Lake with Accessible Dock (fishing license required) a big dog park and so much more is at the complex! We have three community pools, one is only two blocks away. So many golf courses close by too! You will love this location location location!

Summary: We live in Payson but had to stay in the valley to attend my mother-in-law’s memorial service. The process from renting the VRBO to checking in was very easy and straightforward. Renting a VRBO instead of a hotel room also provided other family members in town a central point to gather.

Summary: Loved this location. Super close to the tennis facility. Lots of close y restaurants and close to the baseball facility if you love baseball. Heads up though, the community pool does not open until May 1st! The host was super responsive and was flexible on timing to accommodate our schedule. It was greatly appreciated!

Summary: The place is nice and comfortable. Would love to stay there again!Communication with host was great.Had non-toxic cookware (ceramic instead of teflon), which is the first I see compared to any other place!

Summary: This house was the perfect location to stay for a tennis tournament hosted in Surprise. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the courts and the wonderful public park area in Surprise, and was a great base of operations. It would also be a great location for Rangers or Royals spring training games, as the stadium is even closer to the house than the tennis courts are. Communication with Carrie was seamless. Highly recommended house and host!

Summary: There was a bit of miscommunication upon check-in, however the host was EXTREMELY quick in response and she was able to get us taken care of immediately for a very wonderful stay in her property. I would definitely rent from her again in future visits.

Summary: Nice house in a great area. We enjoyed our stay visiting with family in the area. One point of improvement. There could be more cutlery. There was not enough for our needs.

Summary: Carri was great and prompt to respond. The house was clean and had a good layout. We were there to house hunt in Peoria so it met our needs. I would say if you are looking for things to do, we found we had to drive a distance and there’s not much you can walk to.

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a national senior tennis tournament and the residence was within walking distance of tennis center. A relaxing place to be when we needed a break from the tournament. Clean, plenty of bedsheets and towels. Two bathrooms—nice! Would certainly stay here again if our team qualifies for next year’s tournament!
