Summary: I believe this was the most satisfying stay I've experienced on VRBO to date. Checking in communication was perfect, the house was perfect, I would not change a single thing and hope to return in August.

Summary: The best part of staying here was the location. It was a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted: Golf courses, pickleball, retail, restaurants, etc. The reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because there were a couple of issues while there. Carri was responsive, however, and took care of them quickly. Also, the appliances were a bit dated and we would have prefered a king size bed and a walk in shower. The description was accurate, however, so that was our choice. It did have what we needed and we were fairly comfortable.

Summary: This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Cleanliness is outstanding. We appreciated the walled backyard which blocked views to the neighbors. Very nice to have a garage with an automatic door opener.The host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: I highly recommend this property if you plan on staying in the Surprise area. The location was central but still quiet, safe and easy to access. The house is incredibly clean, smells great and fit or family perfectly. The host is also fantastic and easy to work with.
