Summary: The rental stated laundry was included which would be nice to have, but the property owner said it was a mistake. Rental also states that it can sleep 12 max, but they charge extra fees after 10 and the 2 other people have to sleep on air beds that were hidden in the down stair closet after communicating back and forth with the owner because they did not know where they were stored. Did not have adequate sheets for airbeds. Dining room chairs are uncomfortable and not made for hanging out since furniture was cheap. They did not supply trash bags or new sponges for the kitchen which was not very well appointed. It would be nice to have curtains in the main living room and some of the bedrooms to block out the bright light when you are trying to sleep in after being out all night at Coachella. They can do better given the fact that they charge the same prices as everyone else during festival season. Make sure to take pictures of the rental just in case they want to file an insurance claim for damages already there before you arrive.

Summary: Mariam was very responsive and the house was so fun to stay in. The house had 4 bedrooms and a nice pool in the back which was perfect for my group of 10. The place was only two miles away from the venue and very conveniently located near the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!
