Summary: My family and I came to the area to visit Eckerd College and then to chill on the beach. This was the perfect setting for us, and the price was right. I spent a lot of time on the back porch, reading my book or talking with family. The duplex is very clean and I meant to look at the primary bedroom bed to see what brand it was is was so freaking comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. If you are doing much cooking, the stove-top is a bit dicey but we were able to get the job done. Someone before us left fish in the fridge and the smell was unpleasant but did not seep into our food or bother us other than opening the door. We drove to the Nokomis beach and had no problems finding parking there. Recommend for a quiet retreat!

Summary: The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, the host replied quickly to my enquiries before our trip. They provided greatdirections to get there and instructions were perfect to obtain entry. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. We could walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The only thing was the chairs provided weren't the easiest to carry but we were happy to have them. We would absolutely stay here again. Charlotte Would walk to the beach in like 15 minutes.
