Summary: I stayed here for 8 weeks while on a travel nurse assignment and I had a very nice time. There was a little wear and tear on the unit but nothing major. Any issues that I had Mindy was quick to respond and have someone come take care of them. The neighbor was beautiful and I felt safe walking my dog at anytime of the day. It was within 20-45 minute easy drive of most attractions around Charleston. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Summary: I had rented from you before in your 3B2B house down the road and was hoping for similar accommodations. What I found was that the beds were not comfortable and the pillows had no support. I ended up having to go and buy a pillow. The microwave did not work and there were only 2 tea glasses to use. The curtain rod in the bedroom on the left was hanging out of the wall. There was trash outside on the screened in porch and a dirty diaper on the ground. I didn't sit outside but thought you should know. I was so impressed with the first house we rented from you I was hoping for a little more. Thanks, Cindy Vincent

Summary: Perfect 2 bedroom furnished townhouse close to everything you need. I like to cook instead of eating out. everything i needed was there, all i had to do if go buy food. Has washer and dryer 2.5 bath nice patio to sit in the morning and drink coffer or a adult drink in the evening. looking forword to staying there again when im in the area.

Summary: Mindy's home is a wonderful getaway for a weekend exploring either North Charleston or Charleston Downtown! It's in a quiet, lovely, and beautiful town, and we greatly enjoyed the amenities of her comforting place. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a spot just outside of the city entertainment!

Summary: The house was comfortable for us, however a few things could have been better. There was a very small grill not big enough to cook for a family. There are soft spots in the floor in one bedroom upstairs. The light above kitchen didn't work and neither did the garbage disposal. The hood microwave didn't work, but there was one on the counter. The internet dropped off a couple times. The blender leaks. Measuring cups and spoons would have been great. Had to do dishes every meal as there were 5 forks. Kitchen could have been stocked much better with pans etc. It was by no means a bad stay, but could have been better with a few simple things.
