Positive: 10 out of 10! We stayed here for one night with breakfast to attend the Bon Jovi concert at Croke Park as part of my birthday weekend, and everything was absolutely perfect. The service was great and very welcoming, especially at the reception desk during check-in. Our room was clean and very tidy. My husband had requested the rose petals and champagne package for an additional price, which was beautifully set up. In terms of location, you can easily walk to and from the city center if you enjoy walking like we do. If walking isn't for you, taxis are readily available as an alternative option. After the concert, we walked back to the hotel from Croke Park. It took about 50 minutes, but it was a safe and pleasant walk. Many other people did the same, which makes sense given that 90,000 people needed transport! The hotel even gave me a complimentary gift because we stayed exactly on my 45th birthday, which was such a lovely gesture. As for the hotel itself, what else can I say? Just book it and see it for yourself, folks! The architecture and design will absolutely blow your mind. We are definitely coming back to celebrate more events in the future. I also forgot to mention that the car park is free of charge, and they even have charging stations for electric cars. This is incredibly convenient for anyone traveling by car. Positive: We loved the look of such a cool castle! It was quite magnificent!! The staff was friendly. The bar was so nice! We could just walk in, no reservations needed.Parking was free and easy!!
Negative: The beds left much to be desired!! They sagged in the middle which was very bad on our backs. Also the pillows were hard and large, they did not give at all. So our backs and necks were in bad shape when we left.

Positive: Whilst you weren’t staying in the original castle, the building was attached and decorated like you would expect a fancy castle would be. Double room was spacious in size, beds were comfortable, shower was great. TV was big and the mini-fridge had lots of milk for coffee and free bottles of water. Staff gave us a “welcome” pack when we arrived which had information about the castles history which was a nice touch! Staff were all friendly and everything was very clean and well maintained. Location good, short drive from city centre. Due to price we could only stay one night for a treat but it was a good stay
Negative: Not surprised given the location but the food was quite expensive. We ate in the Knights Bar, which was a little cheaper, but the main restaurant was 100 euros per meal per person
