Summary: Great little updated motel, perfect for a 1 night stay for a wedding nearby. The 1 pm check in is fantastic and the main reason I booked here. Room seemed clean, but there was a dirty pair of men’s underwear in the bathroom cabinet and a used bar of soap in the shower. So, not clean 😬

Summary: Absolutely perfect! Clean, well-maintained, and friendly at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Summary: It has what we needed. A clean room, comfortable bed, and a decent bathroom. It was a small room and bathroom but sufficient as we were not there much. The nsjor problem was another guest who was quite noisy late at night.

Summary: Nice motel with pool outback, good location and room is clean.
Dawn Aug 16, 2026 08:33:26 AM
Summary: The room was OK. It was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The pool and particularly the chairs around the pool were filthy or something just creepy.
Barbara Jul 6, 2026 09:49:48 PM
Summary: This is a basic, no frills motel. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, near the Clinton historic district and the shore.

Summary: The room was clean, a/c very cold, staff friendly/ helpful. Will stay again!
Martha Jun 26, 2026 08:09:20 AM
Summary: The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is around back and you have to walk all the way around the building to get to it but that said though not convenient, it was private back there. Shower was adequate but not great. All and all good experience and very reasonably priced.

Summary: The Clinton Motel is not luxurious but, we needed a place to sleep and shower while in the process of moving into our new home in Clinton. The price was right and our stay was perfectly comfortable. We recommend it!
