(Pet friendly - for dogs and cats - The Clinch Lake Cottage is nestled in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood that offers all the fun a Lakehouse should have. We have a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom and a large and comfy IKEA sectional in the living room for extra guests for a max of 6 people . The property has a direct lakefront, white sandy beach, clear spring fed lake, and large yard. This area is very scenic with rolling hills and many lakes and citrus groves. Bird life is abundant with daily sightings of Sand Hill Cranes, Eagles, Cardinals, Herons, and Mallard and Egyptian ducks. We have strong wifi and smart TV's with streaming service or TV's with a Roku device. Universal Shooting Academy competitors are welcome. Disney is a 55 min. drive, Legoland is only 25 minutes away and the Sebring Raceway is 29 minutes south. Discounts offered for stays at or over 28 days. Summary: Very quiet and scenic. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit. Wish we had the chance to do some kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake during our brief two day stay. All the amenities you could hope for as well. If you are coming in at night, be sure to look for the driveway right next to the church... it's a very dark entrance and the cottage sits way back off the road.

Summary: The property and all of the amenities were amazing. To wake up every morning with a perfect view and beautiful sunrises takes your breath away. This property makes you feel like your far from everything but, still close enough for groceries. My family really enjoyed the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards. If we are ever in the area again we will be booking with Linda!!

Summary: Loved it! Hubby and I wanted a getaway weekend with the dog, couldn't have picked a better place! Fabulous cottage on the lake with kayaks and Paddleboards available for use. Not to mention the fire pit. We went hiking in nearby state park, ate locally, sat by the lake, and enjoyed the sunset. The cottage is quaint and cozy yet roomy enough to come back with the family. The owners are wonderful people, very kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this property. Definitely coming back in the, not so distant, future.

Summary: Sunrise, great grounds boat moorage is as good as you need. Deep water exit. We had a great weekend fishing multiple lakes in the area. Will defiantly be repeating this stay.

Summary: This was such a fun place to unwind and get some quality family time with my boys ! The dog loved it so much too. The lake was clear and very nice for swimming and paddle boarding The fire pit is done perfectly and made every night special and the sleeping arrangements and cold AC were so comfy ! We will be back for sure ! The people who run this cabin are too notch!

Summary: This cottage is a hidden gem and just what we were looking for! My family (including our dogs) loved the cottage along with the large yard. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beach and lake and saying hello to the cows next door. The owners were so nice. We will be going back again soon!
