Summary: The Cliffside was perfect for our overnight getaway....The only negative was a 10AM checkout.....I've had 11AM and Noon checkouts which are the usual - but I think 10AM is too early - ESPECIALLY when the check in time was 5PM! Saving grace is the text we received at 2:30 that the property was available for checkin . I did request an 11 AM checkout but never received a response. And BTW - the cleaning service was at our door at 10:15 - so the checkout time is no joke

Summary: Beautiful place and reasonably priced for a roomy two bedroom with outdoor deck on the water with great views and very short walk to beach. Contactless checkin was convenient via text and email. Short drive to Kontakosta winery and Greenport Village.

Summary: This is my third time at the Cliffside, and as always it was a lovely space that was great value for money. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that the heat was wildly inconsistent: in the small bedroom it was very hot, and the kitchen/living room, cool, and in the master bedroom, frigid. Otherwise, great.
