Cliffhouse on the Bay is a family home. It is NOT a party house. Should we find out that our home was or is being used for a party, you will be reported to VRBO and will be asked to leave. You will also lose your deposit.

This property sits on over 3.3 acres of land overlooking the Bay of Quinte. The home offers panoramic views of the Bay, with beautiful sunsets & sunrises. This is the perfect relaxing getaway in PEC. It is the perfect place to accommodate family and friends. You can enjoy your days by the pool or you can take a short drive to Sandbanks and enjoy the amazing beaches, or you can simply enjoy the wineries..

This home is spacious and has 8 bedrooms, and 5.1 bathrooms. The upper floor has 2 big bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in each rms, with a 4-piece bathroom. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a powder room. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a pull-out bed that can accommodate children. It also has its own 4 piece bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the main floor has 2 queen size beds and a four piece bathroom adjacent to the rm. The 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed as well as its own 4-piece bathroom.
The downstairs level, is a walkout and offers amazing panoramic views of the Bay. It has 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is also a second family rm.

The house has every chef’s dream kitchen with a 4 ft cooktop, with 6 burners, as well as a 9 ft island, where everyone can gather around and be part of the action. The kitchen/dining rm can comfortably sit up to 16-18 people. Enjoy mesmerizing views of the Bay from anywhere in the kitchen/Living rm/Dining rm.
The home is spacious enough that everyone can have their own space to relax. It has 2 living rooms, a sitting rm, and a bonus room with lots of games where everyone can hang out on a rainy day. It has free parking for at least 8 cars. There are lots of seating outside, as well as tables to enjoy your meals outdoors.

Open From May to Sept. Pool is pre-set to 80 degrees.
Based on weather, it may be opened in April and October.

*** May, September & October;
If you need a higher temperature(81-85 degrees), it’s an extra $100/day.

Guests should request/pay before check-in, if you would like to heat the pool to the above temperature.

Pool rules included in rental agreement, as well as pool area. It must be followed at all times.

*** 3 Sandbanks Provincial Parking Passes included during your stay. Must remain at the property when you check out. Failure to do so, will result in replacement fee from guest.

**** Video Surveillance: - This property is a vacation rental and is sometimes left vacant. As a result of this, we have a security camera monitoring the exterior of the home for liability reasons in case of break-ins, thefts, and injury.

The security camera is facing the parking lot area. This is in NO WAY to infringe on our guest's expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera is prohibited. We also have a Nest doorbell.

***In the basement, we have 3 locked utility rooms(furnace/personal storage/tools/machines...). Those rooms are always LOCKED, as there are tools and machines in there that could hurt someone. Guests do not have access to those rooms unless there was an emergency. For your safety, we have installed security cameras(no audio) in there.

Our home is on a steep hill. If you use the path down to the waterfront, keep in mind that it is quite a ways back up(approx.200 steps). Some areas may be slippery when wet. When it rains, please use extra caution. Should you choose to go down, you assume all foregoing risks and are solely responsible for any resulting injury(including, but not limited to, personal injury & disability.)

Lastly, the home is very private, but we ask that you are respectful of our surrounding Neighbours.
