Summary: Overall a great hotel, would need a walking trail outside for walking options, but a preferred stay on the area

Summary: Late check in, which we called ahead. Upon arrival, after 5 hour's drive. Found flase eyelashes in sink, counter and behind the sink faucet.

Summary: Stay was nice BUT! the TV wouldnt connect. I told the front desk, came back later it still wasn't working. Bummer😞

Summary: Cleanliness was fine, but the location of the parking in relation to the front desk was confusing. When I called about parking and luggage/check-in, the attendant was not clear about options versus the valet. It was a walk for my husband, who was still healing from surgery for a broken leg. We enjoyed the casino and the buffet, but hauling luggage was difficult if you had a lot. We suggest a drive-up front lobby with parking! We also requested a late check-out, and we were told it was fine, but three people came to tell us it was not approved!

Summary: Got a king suite so I could do work on a kitchen table / Room was good size and nice set up but table was squeaky and annoying to work on it was wobbly and was suppose to have water bottles in room but there wasn’t and there was food in fridge from past guest! The king size bed was very hard so I didn’t sleep well was like sleeping on floor..,I was there for 3 days so I ended up getting an air mattress to sleep on so it would be more comfortable. My son slept on pull out bed which he said was nice. Other than that will go back because we liked casino will just bring air mattress.

Summary: Conveniently located just off I-17 in Verde Valley. Indoor pool and spa area was great to have. One of the two elevators wasn't working for the three nights we were there.
