Positive: Comfortable, clean rooms. Room service was good. The housekeeping staff was attentive, polite and cheerful especially Komal. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. It was value for money. Overall had a great stay at Click Collection.

Negative: Nothing much negative except when school trip students came, the lift was very busy and breakfast time became a bit congested.

Positive: The hotel was good value for money. The staff were very helpful and attentive especially Anil who saw to our needs very well and went over and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. We booked a suite which was clean and very spacious.

Negative: The surrounding area but the location was perfect to access shops and amenities.

Positive: We had an amazing experience in this hotel, bed was so comfortable, it had both hot and cold water, nice curtains, good interior with warm lighting, lift is spacious and the staff is very friendly, they even guided us with jaipur must see areas.
