Positive: Location and staff were friendly
Negative: Bathroom is extremely dated - toilet seats chipped and appliances look like they’ve not been updated since the 90s. Beds are the most uncomfortable bed. The key locks are extremely difficult- the toilet paper is a soo poor and for nearly $500 a night you expect more
Summary: Overpriced and disappointing

Positive: Cleggs is what it is--in the middle of a lively, sometimes noisy area, with shared bathrooms. It worked for us! Staff was lovely and helpful. Location beside the ferry is handy.
Summary: Great spot to explore Fire Island from!

Positive: I usually dislike shared bathrooms, but this property has amazing bathrooms and they are ALWAYS clean. I do not know what they do, but they are always spotless. The location is great and the staff is friendly.
Negative: I think it would be cool to have a TV in the rooms.
Summary: Great location and friendly staff

Positive: The location was great, down the street from the beach. It's a busy area right outside the ferry but the ferries stop at night so it's quiet. The shared bathroom was fine. It's a share with mostly 1 other room and you never have to wait. They clean the bathrooms constantly and the staff works hard. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The clientele ranged from families to couples, both young and old. Very nice owner. The beach chairs and bikes were a big plus.
Negative: The air conditioner is a little loud.
Summary: Hard working staff and they clean constantly

Positive: I love the personal service and we got in our room right away. The owner was fantastic and very helpful. It was extremely clean. They did a nice job the next morning cleaning up for us very attentive staff very secure and safe. Love that we had a use of bicycles. We did them two days in a row .Had a wonderful time and will definitely be going back. We celebrated my sister’s 60th birthday and they had no problem with us decorating the room as long as we used their painters tape. It was fantastic. I’m going back for my other sisters 70th birthday.
Negative: I just had really heavy luggage and there was no elevator, but we had some help so it wasn’t so bad just pack less
