Summary: Location was perfect! Central on the estate so 30 sec walk to spa, gym, restaurant. Stunning views over the lake. Beautiful property. Visit from staff when we arrived just to check everything was ok was appreciated. Will definitely return to lower mill estate.

Summary: A return visit to this beautiful home. Everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing break. With 6 adults to cater for there is ample space and the house is light and airy. Being next to the lake was magical as the swans and cygnets swam uo and walked in front of us!

Summary: This beautiful upside down house had everything our family could possibly need. The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The beds were comfortable and 2 of the 3 bedrooms had TVs. The snug had a TV and an XBox. Everything was supplied, right down to dishwasher tablets. Being a dog friendly property there was a stair gate, and even a ball and treats for the dog. There was a large kettle bar-b-q on the balcony. The highlight for me had to be unwinding in the hot tub on the decking overlooking the beautiful lake. The house is located within yards of the spa, which has an inside and outside pool, plus an amazing ECO pool. Balli Hoo bar, restaurant and pizza hut is also within yards. Soft play for the little ones, a well maintained children's playground, & tennis courts are just in front of Bally Hoo. There are lots of water activities on site, plus attractions within easy reach by car.

Summary: Spotlessly clean, comfortable house. Very close to the spa and restaurant but still nice and quiet. Everything we could have needed was supplied and we look forward to returning again.

Summary: Never been to such a well equipped house, with everything thought about at a high quality and the hot tub and location were amazing! Any issues were addressed very quickly and friendly by the staff at orion!!
