Summary: We had a comfortable stay. Safe location, amazing amenities like pool table, nice outdoor seating, lots of games , books , utensils. Every little details in the house was well thought out. Host were responsive. Had a relaxing stay in the house .

Summary: I rented it thinking we would be shootin pool alot. It ended just being my husband and I. Loved the place, loved the view but we were not expecting the emails after booking. Quiet time is 8pm-8am. They have a noise monitoring system . First time I've seen this. My husband is a loud person just talking normal and luckily my kids weren't with us. If we are loud we can get kicked out but how loud is loud ? If u have loud kids maybe it's not for you, we shot 1 pool game and put it away lol . Owner was very nice ! The key pad would not work to get in, but called the owner a few times, she had it fixed over the phone . We paid $150 cleaning fee but we were still provided with a long list of things to do before leaving . This wowed me , we have stayed at quite a few places and never had to read so much instructions lol, did the dishes, took trash out. Basically cleaned the place up ourselves, even stripped the beds. I felt like it was alot to do .. we normally try to leave it clean, swept, dishes done before we leave but we left questioning things. We have had our cleaning fee waived and given back to us and even with friends who rented. This is the first I've been suprised with the long list of rules .. couldn't even invite friends to come over we havent seen over 13 years in case we were too loud. Lol we are not party people either , not ones who trash the place. But if you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is it. If you have friends and have loud kids... look elsewhere :( sadly we loved the place but won't be able to stay there when we do come back to visit family. This was a sad visit but would have loved to just catch up with family there n go back home after. Just beware. Idk if it has to do with HOA regulations where they aren't allowed to rent places out in that location but this is for quiet people. No smoking on premises at all ! Not outside the house. Not on balcony. Gotta walk down the street lol . I'm just warning . I really did enjoy the stay though, that's why i put 4 star. It was just alot of emails with rules and being aware then having noise policies in placed inside.
