Are you ready for a stress free desert vacation with all the amenities of home? Perhaps you need a quiet, comfortable space for an out of town work trip. Or are you looking for the perfect getaway to root your favorite sports team on? Then you've found the PERFECT rental!! 25 minutes from State Farm Stadium and 15-25 minutes to numerous spring training facilities.
This property is located in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood, sitting on the edge of Peoria and Sun City. There are various walking paths and green-belt areas nestled throughout the community perfect for walks, bike rides, picnics and areas to view the amazing Arizona sunsets. There is a large community park, within a few minutes walk, that hosts a large playground, soccer field, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. The home is conveniently located near the AZ loop 303 and 3 miles from Target, Starbucks, Frys, Sprouts, Walmart, and various restaurants. Lake Pleasant is 13 miles away and has a rental facility for numerous water activities. The newly built, 85 acre Paloma Park, is a short 10 minute drive away with beautiful mountain views, a massive play area for kids of all ages, splash pad, fishing pond, soccer filed, pickleball, and walking paths. We are surrounded by many beautiful mountains for those that enjoy hiking or want to explore a new way to view the city. Although ride share options are available, we would recommend a vehicle to explore the vastness Phoenix has to offer. Fully furnished with a split floor plan including 3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths and POOL (not heated). This rental can comfortably accommodate 6 people with the master bedroom fit with a king size bed, smart TV, reading nook with pool view, double sink, shower and separate tub. Spare room number #1 with Queen bed. Spare room #2 has a queen size bed and 40" smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables and lamps with built in USB charing stations. The den/office is furnished with a comfortable couch that can pull out into a full size bed to sleep 2 additional people, 42" smart TV, and desk. The open concept living room has a beautiful new couch, 60" smart TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen w/ breakfast bar and dinning area for 8. Newly renovated backyard with pavers and turf, pool (not heated), fireplace, propane grill and plenty of outdoor seating for entertainment and relaxation. Pack n play, mini crib, sheets, and booster seat available upon request. We ask that guests kindly treat our home as if it was their own and respect our neighbors by abiding by nightly city noise ordinances.

Summary: Home was fully stocked w/ all cleaning, cooking & housewares, and even the little details like a welcome basket & pool amenities were not left out. It's by far one of the best places we've stayed! Sharell was attentive and went out of her way to keep us informed & accommodate - this is a must stay property if you're in the area!

Summary: This was our first time out for Spring Training w/ our 3 kids & my parents. The size of the home was perfect, amenities were great, very clean, which quite honestly was my biggest worry. It turned out to be a great stay. Sharrell is an excellent hostess, kept in touch w/ me the entire time, we even had a cute welcome basket when we arrived! Honestly, the pics don’t do it justice. Its a great place for families. I highly recommend! Thanks Sharrell, you made our stay so much nicer than we could of expected. Cheers!

Summary: Spacious and comfortable and everything feels new. Super well appointed with everything you could need. Great location - the Peoria shopping center has everything you could possibly want and the Paloma Community Park was amazing - our kids (4 and 2) LOVED it. Only thing to keep in mind is that the pool is not heated, so we couldn’t really go in it in March. Overall we highly recommend!

Summary: Family came from around the US for a wedding locally. Though it's on the outskirts of Phoenix, the location was good for the northern and western activities, with traffic being reasonably good. The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I was told by my brother-in-law, an older gent, that the sofa bed, with a foam mattress pad, was quite comfortable, as were all the beds. The wine cooler was a nice touch, and the pool area and patio was nice, though too chilly to swim. More instruction on the TVs and channel availability would have helped. That was the only area of opportunity for this excellent home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Summary: Sharell was the perfect hostess. The house was in an ideal location for our events at University of Phoenix Stadium. We arrived to a beautifully appointed home! We had 2 last minute add on guests, and.Sharell had both the pull out bed and the blow up mattress all made up and ready to go. The home truly has everything you could possibly need! All details were well thought out and it was quite clear the owners wanted you to have a relaxing and carefree stay. The home is perfectly located in terms of ease of freeway access as well as its proximity to all modern conveniences (Starbucks included! ). The backyard is beautiful and relaxing. The pool was an added bonus! We hope to stay there again sometime!
