Clean three bedroom two full bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Two blocks from the County park and boat launch. Very close to the snowmobile/ORV trails. Home has everything but beach towels, to include full laundry. We accept dogs on a case by case basis. Bedrooms all have queen size beds. Home has central heat and air to keep you comfortable. We have ample parking for several cars and room to park your boat or snowmobile trailer. We will consider renting for the season at a discounted rate just ask for details.

Summary: Had a great time in Lake City. The house was great for our long weekend birthday celebration. The most overlooked part of the house is the back deck that is not memtioned in the listing. It is a very nice covered porch with a patio set for enjoyment. The owners are super nice and make the experience even better!! Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a great time staying at Jeff’s place. Excellent hosts! Located close to beach, trails, restaurants and easy drive to near by towns like Traverse City. The place has all the comforts of home and probably more. Wonderful deck with chairs, table and beautiful view. All the kitchen items necessary for any type of food preparation. Bonus** washer & dryer! We plan to return soon.
