Positive: Absolutely amazing stay felt realy welcome from start! To the sad end of our stay 😢 Definatly stay again. What a Beautiful Resort 😍 What more can I say! All information & equipment provided in Lodge as of what Needed for you stay and it's definitely common Knowledge how to use a TV and air con etc? Cleanliness is of high standard also.
Negative: I did enjoy everything but as for the price I think breakfast should be included with the stay? Maybe it would bring custom in to may book evening meals so they could see what you have what's on offer i do apologise. Just a suggestion.
Summary: Fabulous Lodge Felt like Home so comfortable.

Positive: Excellent place to stay lovely staff really nice place couldn't ask for better, unfortunately as I booked through @booking.com I was charged well over £100 pounds extra. The staff there were brilliant but horrified that booking.com had overcharged me by about 40%
Negative: Booking.com ripped me off for well over £120 pound. The staff there were livid by what booking.com had overcharged me ( 40% more than what I should of paid) Still no reply from booking.com to resolve the situation!!!

Negative: Could have been better maintained, the door was covered in cobwebs, there were picture hooks on bedroom wall but no pictures, damage to one of bedside shelves and flat batteries in one tv remote.
Summary: Generally great, just needs some finishing touches/care in the accommodation.

Negative: The fact we wasn’t told there wasn’t a cooker or anything so paid for £70+ worth of food to cook and no way to cook it .
