This is a first floor one bed room apartment with a queen size bed and a small kitchen completed with simple amenities like microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric stove and a small fridge for light cooking. A set of cups, plates, utensils for 4 people. There is a small fenced patio. A short drive away, you will find Cleveland's finest eateries like Lock Keepers (3 miles), Shula's 2 Steak & Sports, Bonefish Grill, Red Robin Gourmet Burger and Quaker Steak and Lube. Sam's Club is just 4 miles away. An assigned garage parking is included.

Cuyahoga Valley National Park is in biking if not walking distance; just ride south on Dunham Rd. There are bicycle rentals and boat rental (Cuyahoga River) within 3 miles of the apartment. Cuyahoga Scenic Railroad station is about 3 miles away off Rockside Road near Lockkeeper's Restaurant. Maple Hts Historical Society and Museum, Zion Lutheran and St Andrew Eastern church (on our street) are within quarter mile walking distance. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park (5 miles). Brandywine Ski Resort (9 miles). Blosson Music Centre (20 miles away). Shopping: Sam's Club ( 3 miles), BJ's (6 miles), Walmart/Giant Eagle ( in Macedonia 6 miles thru the park route -- a winding and hilly drive and a lot of deers), Marc's grocery store ( 1 miles in Garfield Common), Walgreen ( 1 mile).

The bad--there is no neighborhood bar in walking distance. On our street, St Andrew Eastern Orthodox Church; they have a bell tower; it is loud and clear between 10 AM to 5 PM in a pleasant way.

Wifi is served on 5Ghz and 2.4 GHz to support Chromecast which you can use Apple Siri or Google Alexa to cast your program, Chromecast information is posted in sitting/dining room wall with many more nearby fine eateries. You have total privacy; to check out just leave RFID access tags on dining table. TV uses OTA antenna and no cable.

If you smoke, you are welcome to use the patio. Do Not Smoke in the apartment or building. If you have service animal, do not leave it alone in the apartment.

Our apartment smart lock pass code is 7 or 8 digits long, but once you get in the apartment, you can use RFID tags. If you are not comfortable using RFID tags or long pass codes, let me know via HomeAway before you book, I can shorten the pass code or use your desired numeric pass code after confirmed reservation. A 24 hour notice is required. Building Entrance pass code cannot be changed as it is also a fire department emergency pass code.

For long term guests, there are additional bed sheets set and towels set in the closet and a laundry basket. There is a coin operated laundry by the stairs.

The apartment is centrally heated with your own thermostat control but if you need quick additional heat, the through the wall AC has heater built in.
