This family friendly home is in the perfect location for your theme park days. Included Free of Charge you will have a Village Roadshow "Escape Pass" for 2 people. This gives you 3 days entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild over a 5 consecutive day period.
Just 5 minutes to Movie World, Wet'N'Wild, Outback Spectacular and10 minutes to Dreamworld, a short drive to the motorway to explore all of the attractions that brought you to Australia’s ultimate holiday destination.
5 minutes to Hope Island and prestigious Sanctuary Cove with its stylish shops and amazing restaurants.
If golf is your thing, you’ll be just 5 minutes to some of Australia’s most premier golf courses - The Pines Sanctuary Cove, The Palms Sanctuary Cove, Links Hope Island Golf Club and the Helensvale Golf Course. The house even has its own practice putting green for fun for the kids.

This sprawling house, all on one level, has 5 bedrooms to fill with all your family and friends.
The home’s spacious open plan boasts a large lounge room with separate kitchen/dining area and a well stocked kitchen with some extras to make your stay more comfortable .
The indoor outdoor bbq dining area with views to the pool area and beyond to the canal, is just the spot for your alfresco dining occasions.
Downtime at your home away from home might be spent relaxing in the pool, watching Netflix or even challenging someone to a game of pool.
Those experienced paddlers can don a life jacket and venture off down the canal in one of the 2 kayaks. Or you can bring your jet skis and boat to explore the hundreds of kilometres of Gold Coast waterways.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king bed and is a parent’s retreat with large ensuite and spa tub. It has a 50 inch TV. a bar fridge and coffee/tea station, and its own personal outdoor patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, watch the watercraft float by or watch the action in the pool. Reverse cycle air conditioner.
Bedroom 2: King bed or depending on your requirements the configuration can be split to 2 single beds. Also has a TV and its own outdoor patio. Full ensuite bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. It has a separate vanity and a separate toilet which is accessible from the hallway, so guests in the other bedroom or guests you might have over, will have complete privacy as well. Reverse cycle air conditioner.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, also with outdoor access. 50inch TV. Large ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. A sliding door from the bedroom gives privacy allowing your fellow guests to use the facilities. Large ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5: 2 x single beds. Large ceiling fan.

Summary: Linda and Peter are such beautiful hosts and are very accommodating. My family and I had trouble finding last minute accomodation and found this stunning home. Linda was very prompt with her responses and we had no problems booking and processing once we found this property. We were greeted at the home with smiles and even were given starter items (foods/snacks) upon arrival. They were so accomodating for our children as we were offered cots and high chairs as well as a bunch of board games and toys. The property was clean in and out and located in such a beautiful area. Would highly recommend for families as there is ample space for everyone. Cannot be more happier we found a lovely home with even lovelier hosts. Thanks again Linda and Peter!

Summary: The house was all the things it was supposed to be for our party of 9 guests. It was well-equipped, provided a good number of activities (the billiards table was a big multi-generational hit!), clean, spacious and in a fantastic location. Linda and Peter were gracious, helpful and communicative. They ensured we had all the information we required to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Summary: From the moment we were welcomed to the property by Linda and Peter to the moment we drove away after check out our family could not have been happier. The property is superbly presented with every amenity you need, and some. Its tranquil surrounds on the canal and quite streets it is the get away we so definitely desired. The house is spacious, light filled and all rooms are beautiful presented and very very comfortable. Outside is glorious with the pool and ample lounging to just relax and soak up the serenity you get from this property. Can not thank Peter and Linda enough for the opportunity to spend a week here with the family. Will definitely be back and highly recommended for all family and group sizes.
