Positive: Great building. Brilliant staff. Reservation was easy. Very warm welcome, efficient check in . Taxi transfers to and from airport arranged at a fair price with safe drivers. Initial pick up was efficient and polite. Reception organised a driver and car to key sights in city. Safe and efficient service, lots seen in short time again for a fair price. Certainly made to feel a valued customer, thank you everyone.

Negative: Pool surround dirty. Cylindrical shaped rungs on pool ladders are never a comfy idea, what is wrong with a flat step??
