Positive: The entrance lobby, staff, location, Gomti river view, helpful front desk, quick room service delivery, Falak Nama was a good experience ,

Negative: the food was average, breakfast was not varied- but heavy on fried stuff, Dosa etc. very oily, we had to change the room as the first room was below expectation's, leaky shower , wet bathrooms etc. the rooms need a big upgrade, after the grand entrance, they are a disappointment.

Positive: the hotel was royal. Great scenic view of the river from room.

Negative: Expensive for the location though, could have been more affordable, had to give up on choosing breakfast option.
