Positive: The staff was great! From the beginning of my stay until I departed, I was showered with the best hospitality ever. It was a small but well-kept facility with wonderful amenities and access to whatever needs I required. That will definitely be my place of choice when I return to that area again.

Positive: Comfy bed, well located walking distance to parade grounds. Quiet place. Very fair for the price

Negative: No sign when we arrive , we had to call to find out because it is a house among other houses. You need to cross the shared living room of some other people guest to access your room, the door gives right on it.

Positive: Comfortable bed, our own shower with temperature control. I guess what made our experience worthwhile was the care we received from the property caretaker, Manang (I'm sorry I forgot her name). She was taking the extra effort to make sure we felt at home. She cooked food even if there was supposedly a chef.

Negative: Other staff not showing up for work, passing the responsibility to their fellow employees. The property wasn't hard to find, but we could have gotten there earlier had we been informed of the pedestrian access from the parade grounds.

Positive: Near to CDC Parade grounds. Staff is nice. Parking feels safe within the compound.

Negative: The toilet smells. Need to put an air diffuser. Need to out curtains for more privacy. Improve sound proof. Can hear the living room talks. Kitchen needs to be cleaned up.
