Positive: A lovely old house , quiet and well located near the historic centre. The house was extremely well equipped; washing equipment, basic kitchen supplies, coffee beans etc all we needed was food. It also had a secure fast wifi.
Negative: We were aware the stairs were steep however the handrails felt loose which made it difficult to hold while climbing. The house would not suit young children because of the stairs. We were there during a heat wave and so would have liked air conditioning. Although fans were provided for the bedrooms one for downstairs would have been helpful.

Negative: The slender steep stairs were a bit of a challenge but we figured out how to be safe going up and down with luggage

Positive: You can’t fault this property. I stayed here for a long weekend with my parents, and we had such a wonderful time. The property was spotless, beautifully equipped, and included thoughtful touches like coffee and high-quality shower products. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful on arrival, even recommending a great local running route. The information provided in the property was also excellent and made everything so easy. The location was perfect - peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from the main attractions, with two fantastic underground bars nearby for the walk home. It truly made our trip feel extra special, and we’ll always remember our stay here fondly.
Negative: The only thing was that the stairs are very steep and don't have a rail which was fine for us but it would be a bit tricky with kids or people who struggle with stairs.

Positive: Superb location, very easy to find and just a few minutes walk from the main square. Well served by the shuttle bus too. The house was very comfortable and had loads of character; you need to take a bit of care on the stairs but this adds to the quirkiness of the place. We didn't use the cooking facilities at all really, choosing to eat out during our stay but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. Comfy beds. A great choice for our 4 night stay.
Negative: The stairs were a little bit steep and narrow, but ok if you took good care.

Positive: Beautiful house in great location. Short taxi ride from train station, then easy walking around Brugge, no car needed. Outdoor space if needed. Loved not having a key!! Had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Some nice suggestions for restaurants and shops. Enough kitchen equipment if we did want to cook. Would 100% recommend.
