Positive: Although we could’t get room cleaning, the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

Negative: We stayed there 13 nights, everyday we requested room cleaning, they said “sure we will” but they never came. We had to clean the room and bathroom by ourselves. They didn’t change the bedsheets, towels or empty the bin. We saw a bug on the TV table as we first enter the room. The hotel was very old, not clean, bed sheets were stained, windows in the room can not be opened, we had to open the door to have some air. We had to go to reception to take new towels every night but sometimes they didn’t have. Double beds are really small for 2 people. Some people in our group reported that a lot of money was withdrawn from their credit card from the hotel. They had to call the police.

Summary: I would not recommend this hotel unless it has a renovation and change of management.

Positive: A room and bath were clean. Good parking.

Negative: We had an issue with changing towels. Even though I requested a towel change at the front desk around 12 p.m., nobody came to our room. When I asked again at 9 p.m., the front desk said it was not possible and could only be done the next day. It was not a pleasant conversation with the hotel staff.

Summary: Overall it was a good place, except for the towel issue.
