Negative: Rooms stuffy and too hot, even when cold outside. Tiny shower with water splashing everywhere. It felt like flying a low-cost airline that we had pay very expensive for, when you have to pay on top of your room to use the pool, you have to pay to “rent” an umbrella, there are code pads on all the toilets in the reception and restaurant area (which you get when you buy something). On a quiet evening the main restaurant made us wait 15 minutes between the first person in our group of 6 was served their main course until the last person was served, which is a very long time, but moreover they forgot a side dish of my husband, so we had to ask for it, and they completely forgot the order of my sister in law, so she had no dinner! How about that! Head waiter apologised briefly and explained that it was an encoding problem, but no other gesture was offered, except a 30 euro bill for 3 bottles of filtered tap water. Sums up well the impression we had at the hotel: nice/friendly staff, quick to make you pay a lot, not so efficient in giving you value and a good experience. Something in their system is not working
