Positive: We had a very enjoyable stay at Clapham South Surprise. The location is excellent — close to everything, including the Underground, which made getting around London extremely convenient. The apartment was comfortable, very well equipped, and clean. We also appreciated how easy it was to find the keys and how clearly everything was explained in the instructions provided, which made check-in and the overall stay very smooth. There were only a couple of minor issues during our stay. One of the stove burners had a spark ignition that kept clicking continuously, which was a bit annoying. Additionally, the lock on the entrance door tended to get stuck, making it somewhat difficult to open the door from the inside. Other than these small inconveniences, everything was great. Thank you — we had a wonderful time in London!
