Summary: Extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff at a central location. Elevator in building as well, which is a bonus in a city like Montreal.

Summary: Leaky sink Cold shower with no hot water running. The entrance wasn't safe to walk had lots of construction items on the floor

Summary: Updated facilities in a decent location. Studio rooms are very small but have the necessities (hot water, towels, some hygine products, bed, TV, kitchenette stocked with pots and pans and serving items, mini fridge/freezer, dining table). The main issue for us was that you don’t have control of the temperature (it's centrally controlled) and it was too hot for us (and our window was broken so we couldn't get outside air). Also the bed is a full size murphy bed, which isn't the most comfortable. Note that the "free parking" is actually street parking on side streets. You have to schedule a time for check-in and communication was spotty. Overall a decent place to crash with some minor inconveniences.

Summary: It was really nice to be there. We stayed total 12 days and felt like our home. Easy transportation to downtown and other places. Would prefer again in the future.

Summary: Gréât service and communication from staff! The place was a little dirty, some old food left in the cupboards but otherwise decent. On arrival, no curb-side appeal, the facade could use a makeover or even just a window cleaning.

Summary: The neighborhood is transitioning, not the greatest, but there's a métro (green line) station a few minutes walk away, and it's very close to downtown. Parking is on the street, but easy to find. First impression (an old apartment bldg, no reception desk) is deceiving. Maria came to open the door within minutes, was very nice and helpful, showed us around the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. Good value for money, if you don't mind being in a not-yet gentrified neighborhood a couple of km away from the action.
