Positive: Absolutely brilliant! Very good communication regards key pick-up (out of hours no problem). Great direction finding the apartment. The apartment is clean, modern & lovely & warm with a great shower & other facilities. The apartment is located just a short walk from the gondola at Ciuk taking you up to Bormio 2000 - there's a few options to ski back down, easy red or a back/red or take the gondola. The location has fantastic views & is very peaceful. Bormio is a 10 mins drive down. There's a bar & restaurant closed by (the bar closes early & I'd is guess closed in the summer?). I'm short, highly recommend & we'll be staying there again.

Positive: Great location and absolutely stunning views. Good explanation of location and how to find the parking spot. Very clean and well maintained.

Negative: Pillows were quite hard - I understand this is preference so not a mark down at all.

Positive: Ski in, ski out always nice. Good resort for a few days. Comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Amazing view.

Negative: Getting to the town was always difficult, in the afternoon the road near Ciuk was filled with parked cars and people trying to drive up and down at the same time. The town itself was gridlocked in traffic every evening, too. The instructions to find the ski lockers were very unclear (look at the bottom of Staircase A).

Positive: Appartment is new/renovated. Very clean and comfortable, with nice balcony. Appartment is perfect for couple. It is located few km above Bormio and has a beautiful view over it. We will come back for sure.

Positive: We collected the keys from an office in town where a friendly and helpful agency staff ,Alessandra, gave us keys and directions. Modern, well equipped apartment with views from balcony of Bormio valley. Spacious apartment with comfortable bedroom and good dining kitchen facilities. Lovely bathroom and the addition of washer/dryer a bonus.

Negative: The only problem we had was that the apartment had a strange smell (chemical or glue type) not from waste or bathroom. It improved when we had doors & windows open but every time we entered after being out it was quite strong. Maybe the apartment had been closed for a while before we arrived. It was mainly in the living/dining/kitchen room.

Summary: A lovely apartment with great views as libg as you don't mind being up the mountain and out of town.
