Positive: The apartment was in a good location, quiet and residential, but very close to many forms of public transport. The beach, park, and notable neighborhoods are not too far away, and accessible even with a 20-minute walk. Grocery stores and restaurants also within very short, 5-10 minute, walking distance. The open concept living and dining area was large and bright, with a smart TV and well-equipped kitchen.

Negative: The bedrooms were quite small, and next to each other, not allowing for much privacy or room to move. They also did not have individual air conditioning, just fans, which in the summer isn't quite sufficient. For long-term stays, it would be helpful to have extra towels, linens, toilet paper, etc. The beds and pillows were also of poor quality, making it difficult for longer than a few nights stay.

Summary: Good walkable location in a quiet area, close to public transport to explore Barcelona.

Positive: The location is very convenient, the apartment is spacious and it’s very easy to communicate with the host. The kitchen has everything you can need. Plenty of grocery stores and places where to eat close to the apartment.

Negative: The apartment is on a first floor on a busy street. The beautiful windows all around the bedroom become an issue at night. The noise is constant. The AC is very nice to have and works great. Keep in mind that the only split available is located in the living room so in the hot summer days it can be a problem to keep the bedrooms comfortable without freezing in the kitchen.

Positive: Its very well located, easy to find, bright and has everything you need for a nice stay. Grocery store around the corner, washer and dryer and not noisy at all. Nice to watch the people in the street from the window. Nice restaurants just further down the street with local price. Host was very welcoming and we had excellent service. Will stay again when in Barcelona.

Negative: Nothing I didnt like.

Positive: The host Sofia was a great host,we arrive early at 10 am,and apartment was ready,she let us make early check-in, apartment is big with almost all you need like home,what I love the most was Windows,all wall of glass, you can feel the heart of barcelona,you see city life,people walking,running,on the bike, drinking Coffee în the morning downstairs at Coffee shop,if you want privacy you take down Window blinds,one single bad thing I can say,on the second bedroom dont have Window but was not a real problem you can let door open and thats it,also on checkout,our flight was late at 21 pm,again our luck,lady with cleaning was sick and Sofia let us stay.we checkout at 18pm 😀 If we come.a again în barcelona în the future this will be our first choice!
