Positive: The apartment is in a great location. Literally a 5 min walk to Blaha Lujza ter Metro, so very accessible, central and easy to get to other parts of the city either by foot, metro or tram. Also within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops, but still a quiet location. While the apartment was generally clean and spacious, it felt a bit basic in terms of furnishings (IKEA basic) and facilities in relation to value for money. The cleaning staff were friendly and kindly let us check out a bit later than the 10h00 deadline,

Negative: Not so much complaints as observations / constructive criticism. If you're staying for more than a few days or weekend and want to do a bit of self catering, there is no stove top or oven. Similarly, no washing machine. While the bed was comfortable and the bedding was warm enough, the pillows were not particularly great. Size was awkward and they were old. The shower curtain is not wide enough to fully cover the opening and so invariably you end up with water on the floor. One other point, was that some of the crockery / cutlery items in the cupboard had not been cleaned by previous visitors and we had to re-wash a few things before using them.

Positive: Apartment was very clean and nice, we had a pleasant vacation here. Building was close to all transport routes, supermarkets were in 3-4 min walking distance. Manager was in contact with us all the time, instructions how to get in were clear.

Negative: You must go up by stairs, so it is not an option for people with limited mobility. But with historical building it is hard to install a lift here
