Positive: The hotel is ideally situated, close to the hyper center of the city with multiple restaurants around and close to the opera house. The team of the hotel is young, sympathetic, efficient and very helpful whatever you may ask. The room was wide and had all the equipment I would have expected from a five star hotel, even though it has "only" four star. I also used the fitness room which had all the equipments we would expect in a fitness club. And I had dinner at the gourmet restaurant at the top floor where the food was very very good. When I come back to Kiev, there will be a no brainer, I will choose this hotel.

Negative: I would have appreciated a Nespresso machine in the room instead of the water boiler, well maybe both.

Positive: Considering the fact that I stayed during one of the worst nights, air raid-wise of the war so far, they couldn't have done better. Great location, staff, facilities and happy guests. I wish them all a safe return to peaceful times. In the meantime, doing an incredible job under very difficult circumstances.

Negative: Nothing I didn't like.

Summary: Great hosts in difficult times. Imagine how it will be once peace arrives again :)
