Positive: Location is excellent. Size of room is perfect.

Negative: Rather provide dishwasher liquid instead of a dishwasher. I would need to run the dishwasher every 2nd day with very few dishes. It would be much more efficient for both parties to rather provide a dish rack and liquid to handwash the few dishes

Positive: I liked the location, it's calm and in a 20min tram ride we are in the center of Amsterdam (the tram stop is 3min walk so it's really easy). The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed and sofa are comfortable and the overall space is big.

Negative: The cleaning could be better, there were some hairs in the floor of the bathroom, and a lot of dust in some places near the bed. The isolation is not great, there is some space between the door and the floor so we can hear what is happening in the hall.
