Positive: Location is great, it's close to everything. Electric blankets were a nice touch

Negative: The spa didn't work in the bathroom and the room wasn't very clean. There was a crack in the bathroom sink, which was a nice touch. The couch looked comfy however as soon as I sat on it the cushions leaned forward which made it very uncomfortable
