Negative: Reception area was uninviting. Halls, elevators needed cleaning. There was nothing ‘pretty’ about the place. Couldn’t sit on patio as rain came in and wet the chairs. Aircon fan was blasting in my face while on patio. Coffee machine was dirty. Clothes left in dryer. Dirt on floor behind laundry door.

Positive: The unit I had was owned/managed by Carolyn. Location was close to beach/pool, shopping, grocery, and cruise port. Studio room had a microwance, small refrigerator, hot air cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, electric skillet, and toaster. It also had an ample supply (for 2 people) of glasses, cups, plates, and utensils. The air-conditioner worked fine, the shower had hot water, and the toilet flushed. The balcony was OK, but didn't have a view. The WiFi was good and there was a nice flat panel TV with several cable channels. I booked through booking.com; and the price was excellent for the location and amenities, It was significantly cheaper than most other hotels in the area too.

Negative: Needed another Australia to United States electrical adapter.
