Positive: Very luxury and new hotel with a lot of dining options. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options, tasty and for all different tastes and vegetarian too. We were upgraded to a very nice and spacious Junior Suite, most appreciated, ( we booked a Premium room with Twin beds with no option for this kind of room with a king size bed and previosly requested an option for a king size bed, so our request was fully accomplished) Casino with entretaiment program daily for those who like this . The food at lunch and the Gala dinner of the congress we attended was very tasty

Negative: The room and especially the bathroom should be cleand better, during our stay the bathroom hasn't been cleaned properly(for example we found the remains of the toothpaste we used in the sink after the room was already cleaned! It is not acceptable from such a hotel.) The first day we arrived, the hand and shower gel finished almost immediatly, we asked for refill, they provided at once new dispersers with the gel( without changing them in the shower) and 2 days after we had to ask once again to refill the shower gel and shampoo. the cleaning staff should check the dispersers and refill it in advance when they clean the bathroom, not to wait for the gel to finish and create a discomfort for the guests. We also found ants on the bathrom floor and the marble of the sinks and the cold water pressure was very low only the hot water had a sufficient pressure

Summary: Very nice and luxury hotel, amaizing food but need a better cleaning especially the bathroom

Positive: The hotel looks new and modern. Staff was very attentive, friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and room service was spotless. Breakfast offered great options for every taste. Hotel offered use of the minibar for free which was a lovely surprise and also renewed the sweets in my room everyday.

Negative: Only disadvantage is it's remote location. Even the beach needs a taxi (hotel offers a shuttle 2days a week - wasn't during my stay). Don't use the taxis provided by the hotel, the service is unreliable & a ripoff. Most taxis or Bolt (like Uber) drivers will offer you their number and will come whenever u ask them for a better and cheaper service.
