Positive: The location was great! Less than a 5 minute walk from Yoyogi Station, and plenty of really cute restaurants and bars right around the corner.

Negative: The beds are box spring so a bit uncomfy. The check in procedure wasn’t as difficult as some of the other reviews mentioned BUT if you’re used to a simple hotel staffed check in, it’s a 3-4 step process so it might be kinda tedious. I didn’t have any huge problems though.

Summary: Amazing location, very walkable and nice place to have fun.

Negative: Directions to the property didn’t show on our apps so we had to ask. Some noise from the train at night, no blockout blinds, pillows were too flat. Check in was difficult - you need to read the instructions very carefully.

Summary: This is a great value for money clean property very close to Yoyogi Station. The local bars and restaurants are great.

Positive: So close to everything! 5 minute walk to Yoyogi Station. Amazing “drinking street” close by. Quiet, modern, safe.

Negative: No directions in English ( water heater). Maybe the hardest bed I ever had.

Positive: The location cannot be beat. Shrines and parks within 10 min walk, a ton a restaurants just outside the apartment, and the train station is just down the street. Had trouble checking in but called for assistance and they answered right away and helped me. Whenever I emailed a question like how to turn on the hot water boiler they responded within 15 mins.

Negative: The pillows were way too small and had to use a neck pillow from the plane for more support. Not their fault but there check in system is via a email that booking.com forwards but booking.com made it so the links didn't work. Also I wish there was a dryer for laundry.
