Positive: We liked the location. We liked the balconies. The apartment was large enough for my wife daughter and myself. Everything was almost meeting our requirement.

Negative: The "Shattaf" hand spray that are installed in the bathrooms were low quality. They spray too tough with no control even at the lowest water flow from the main tab before the hand spray, This cause the place to be too missy. No tea, coffee, waters were available.

Summary: This apartment is an excellent place to stay with 3 family members.

Positive: Mr Saud is an amazing host. We decided very late not to hire a car from airport and he fetched us from airport and charged less. He assisted us with our luggage at the airport and when we arrived at his apartment. On our way to the apartment from the airport, he showed us around,provided a free tourist tour👌🏿 of Muscut. He is really informative and ready to provide help as needed which made our stay more lovely.He took us for Karak tea💯 enjoyed it,had less sugar.....it was a lovely welcome to 🇴🇲 When we got to the apartment he asissted us with luggage and reassured us not to be afraid to ask for help as needed during our stay This apartment is SPACIOUS.... The apartment is in good location. Very easy to move around with taxis.. Its close to shops ,down the road is a salon and shops. The mall is also not far, Love street is very close to this area; refreshing walkway for mindreset. The shower gel in the bathroom was my favourite, smell so good❤️❤️❤️. The apartment is clean,it had a BABY COT🙂,how awesome is that.....Beautiful surpise especially as i work with newborns and we encourage baby to sleep in cot for safety and prevention of cot deaths. There is smart TV ,we had a blast of music and dance. The lounge balcony has chairs and you can enjoy the view as this apartment is in a hillside. If you enjoy walking,this place is for you! The beds are comfortable and good wifi speed . We had a comfortable stay, the coffee was lovely,very different to what I'm familar with,had less sugar and realy tasty.The kitchen has a glass window so you can prepare your food in a closed area and still see what is happening at the lounge,very thoughtful for parents of small kids.

Negative: The kitchen needs more utensils. It was hard to make breakfast. More kitchen aids like toast and blender will make food preparation easier. Mirror in each bedroom would be appreciated. The one at the lounge is lovely but not enough. We were 3ladies and having to share a mirror while doing makeup was a challenge.Dressing table mirror in each bedroom will save time . More water in the fridge please, we had only two bottles on our arrival.Luckily the shop is close by so we bought enough for our stay.
