Summary: Breakfast was from 6-10. At 7 this morning, not even milk for cereal that was the only thing out. No one at desk had to call just to find that info.

Summary: This is a good value-based hotel that checked all the no-frills boxes. Overall the hotel has been newly renovated on many key parts (carpet, bedding, paint, fixtures, etc). It obviously needs some other upgrades, but it is clear lots of progress has been made. It seems someone or some people are really taking pride in their work and it shows. Worth a look for the comfort value hunter.
