Positive: Location near bars & restaurants& city sites Free parking Edel manager quick to respond to my queries via booking.com message ( see below)

Negative: in need of a refresh no hot water first night initially- had to text manager to get code for cupboard to reset boiler also a number of things in the apartment broken: 1.iron plug 2.cupboard door over washing machine fell off hinges 3. No mirror in one of bedrrons except small freestanding vanity mirror which was broken 4.crack in toilet seat in bathroom 5.blinds in lounge did not work properly

Positive: Small issue was responded to and dealt with swiftly. Overall it is a lovely apartment in a great location within a square hosting various restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment was modern, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Belfast.

Negative: Small things I know but its these little things that make the difference between average and great. Soft close toilet seats. Modernise the plug sockets to include usb charging ports especially in the bedrooms I dont mind instant but a coffee machine would be nice.

Positive: Perfect location, absolutely spotless and the beds are so comfy. Two bathrooms for a group is a god send! You won't get better value for your money in the city. Host went out of their to have 40th balloons in the apartment for my cousin and we got a late check out at no extra charge for the occasion. Couldn't ask for any more!

Negative: Absolutely nothing.
