Positive: Just returned home after a lovely family holiday. Louise and Tatiana were absolutely amazing hosts and could not do enough for us. The location was OK, 15 minute walk into centre and roughly 5 euro in taxi. Villa was immaculate with pool cleaned twice throughout the week and cleaners delivered fresh towels. Beds were super comfy and villa is spacious with games room being great to keep kids entertained. Thank you !!

Positive: Overall the property was lovely, modern and well maintained. The property was spotless, they left us a nice bottle of wine when we arrived and milk, tea bags etc which was a really nice touch. The swimming pool was a good size and the outside space was big. There is a table tennis and a pool table also inside the property and a large TV in the lounge with Netflix, IPTV etc.

Negative: There are a few things which we didn’t like. We didn’t sleep very well throughout our entire stay because of these problems. 1) the beds are not very comfortable 2) the sheets on the bed do not fit, so every time you move, the sheets move. 3) the pillows are poor quality and don’t provide much support. 4) the air conditioning in the bedroom seems to have hard presets, and allow for only 1-2hr each time before switching there self off, when it is August and very hot, this makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep, and you are frequently waking up to switch it back on all night 5) the living room has no air conditioning, when it is 35 degrees outside, there was no respite from the heat.

Positive: Excellent villa. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location. Villa management company were excellent. In fact one day we left keys in villa and they sorted it for us straight away.

Negative: Only had one issue. We had a complaint about noise from the man who lived opposite and, as a family, I can assure you that, yes it was about 11pm , but we were only sat on the patio talking about the air conditioning! This actually spoilt our holiday a bit as after that we made sure that we were indoors early every evening. We were made aware that this was in a residential area and we picked it because it was a quiet area but feel that people should be made aware that neighbour complains about any noise (just talking on patio) after 10pm at night. A Spanish family arrived in the villa next door to this one last weekend and were far more noisy than we were and all he did was go up on his rooftop terrace and glare at them.

Summary: Excellent villa in great location but just a shame about neighbour

Positive: Highly recommend for a family holiday. The Villa was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. Pictures on the website match expectations. The management agents (Elite Villa Management) were particularly helpful and were great with communication. I would have no hesitation with recommending to others.

Negative: The property is on the periphery of Playa Blanca and you would really need a car for getting in and out. Taxi's are plentiful and reasonable if not hiring a car.

Summary: Great property - highly recommend.
