Summary: Great breakfast. Love the waffle maker. Tried to get room clean on the second day but there was no cleaners. (I was happy to pay extra for it). But the receptionist manage to get somebody to change the bedsheet. A+ for effort.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the great time! One area of improvement may be with respect to managing the fitness room better. I was running on the treadmill at about 6am on Tuesday but was then told by a staff member to discontinue because somebody on the 1st floor was complaining about the noise. The fitness room is open 24 hours and there are no stated restrictions on treadmill use. The fitness center may need to be soundproofed better, or perhaps the treadmill may need to be removed altogether.

Summary: The room type I booked they said wasn’t available so I was downgraded. It all worked out as we just pushed the beds together, but would have been nice to not have it changed.

Summary: Sufficient and met all basic needs. Mostly clean very basic and generic room. Convenient tram stop directly in front of hotel. Allowed early check in if we signed up for hotel rewards. Bath tub is not great to get in and out of, tub sits higher than the floor so not only do you need to step over the tub, but also up as well. Not good for older people. Unit was good for the price but next time we’ll probably spend a little more for a nicer hotel that’s not so generic.

Summary: Breakfast was good. The rooms are small. The two bedroom units do not fit 6 people (unless two are small children and like pull out couches). It was clean and the train is outside the front door. The two bedroom units have laundry as well and beautiful decks.

Summary: A bit far from restaurant options but can take a quick tram ride to the center. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Walkable to the Munich train station 20 minutes.
