Summary: Staff are friendly and the room was comfortable. The bathroom is quite big. There is balcony. There is iron board and iron. You can also do laundry in the hotel. The breakfast options was also good.

Summary: It was great to have a small kitchen and all the rooms have a balcony. Best of all they happily accomodated our bikes in secure storage that was also easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the optional breakfast was good

Summary: Has the potential to be a GREAT hotel - in the most perfect location - sadly the problem is CLEANESS or lack of ! We have been clients now for more then 10 years staying 8x a year - sadly the hotel does VERY LITTLE to maintain the rooms - this past stay was TERRIBLE ... The staff is wonderful - kind - a they try their best and they know the problem - obviously I am not the only client who brings this to their attention - THE ROOMS NEED TO BE CLEANED ...

Summary: Room was not clean and very run down, it was very noisy both outside and inside the building but was advertised as soundproofed, water pressure was non existent when hot water used in shower, marketing photos for room category were very deceptive, staff were unfriendly and rude. We moved out of accommodation to another hotel

Summary: Property was fine. Kitchen and dining in facilities only fair. Not really well equipped. Finding the accommodation using google maps was a nightmare to say the least. On the plus side, the property was well situated for the city centre and trams were just a few metres from the city. Reception staff were very helpful.
